2月20日上午，上海中欧中心理事长潘锋赴西班牙驻华使馆与西班牙驻华大使H.E. Rafael Dezcallar工作座谈。双方就中欧合作漫谈2023、海南消博会、第二届中外地标博览会等近期活动进行了沟通，并就中西经贸往来、农业旅游合作等议题交换了意见。西班牙驻华大使馆农业参赞 Alfonso Pino、上海中欧中心主任杨拴昌等陪同参加。

In the morning of February 20, Chairman Pan Feng had a meeting with Spanish ambassador H.E. Rafael Dezcallar at the embassy of Spain. The two communicated on EU-China Cooperation 2023, Hainan expo 2023, and GI expo 2023. They also exchanged views over topics of Sino-Spain economic, trade, agriculture and tourism cooperation. Mr. Alfonso Pino, Agricultural Counselor of the Spanish Embassy to China, Mr. Yang Shuanchang, director of CEPCTE attended the meeting.
